Shipping / Returns

All orders are shipped by registered post (with tracking number) within Australia and New Zealand. Tracking number will also be provided for International orders where provided by freight provider.

Our 30-day exchange guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange provided that the returned jewellery is in original unused condition.

You can check your ring-size by either using a ring that already fits you or by the measuring tape in the chart (click to open).

2. Are my transactions secure?

Our portal carries a current SSL certificate implying 128 bit SSL encryption to protect confidential data. For payment processing we use PayPal, an internationally accepted payment gateway. We do not store credit card information.
