So, we would like to ensure you that we have a very easy and transparent return policy to take care of such instances.
We have a serious, no questions asked exchange policy. If you meet the below mentioned conditions, we will take back our product without any further questions and swap it with a replacement.
Please note that following conditions must be fulfilled for return: · The item must have been delivered to you within last 30 days i.e. you must return it within 30 days after you received your purchase. · The item must be in its original, unused condition. It must come back in the same state in which it was packed and delivered to you. · It must also contain the original box used for packaging.

Please note that refund will be issued only in form of a credit note which can be used for a purchase from the website. Also please note that cost of shipping needs to be borne by the customer. Also the shipment should be insured and also mandate acknowledgment receipt (cost needs to be borne by the customer).
